Olivia is a registered Clinical Psychologist Registrar (under supervision of Dr Brendon Dellar) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency who has experience working with young adults and adults across a variety of public and private settings. She has worked with clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties and uses tailored and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to best support her clients’ individual needs. Olivia prioritises a collaborative, client-centred, and trauma-informed approach to treatment and offers warmth, compassion, and humour in her clinical work. She also has experience conducting research in the fields of perfectionism and anxiety, eating disorders, and incorporating consumer voices into research within her Honours and Masters theses. Olivia is available for individual consult on Mondays and Wednesdays at Cygnet Clinic.

Clinical interests
Mood and anxiety disorders, emotion dysregulation, PTSD and complex trauma, gender and sexuality diversity, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive and related disorders, and self-esteem and identity issues.

Therapeutic approaches
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
