Karee works primarily from a compassion focused orientation, aiming to challenge self-criticism, self-attacking and the experience of shame by developing and working with experiences of inner warmth, soothing, compassion and self-compassion.
Karee also has an interest in schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and working with youth as well as older adults. Clinically, she has experience and a passion for working with people struggling with eating disorders. She also enjoys working with anxiety, low self-worth and difficulties in relationships or with sexuality.
Karee is available for individual consultation on Tuesdays at the Midland clinic.
