Experience
Nicholas has worked in the mental health and disabilities sector for 14 years as a Case Manager and Program Coordinator. He has worked closely with clients suffering from depression and anxiety, schizophrenia, homelessness and addiction. Nicholas also worked for Centrelink for 3 years as a Job Capacity Assessor which involved assessment of intelligence and pathology for employment purposes.
Since specialising in Organisational Psychology in 2015, Nicholas has worked as an Associate Consultant with Chandler Macleod and Human Capital Revolution, which focussed on assessment for recruitment and training and development. More recently, Nicholas has been working as an independent consultant with PsyCap providing custom assessment solutions and specialist advice for individuals and organisations.
