Profile

I am a psychologist with over 15 years’ experience. I specialise in working with children and adolescents but have also worked extensively with adults. I tend to view each client holistically and like to work collaboratively with my clients to assist them in achieving their therapy goals. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgemental environment for clients. I have an eclectic approach to therapy, so it is personalised to focus on the individuals’ specific needs. I work using a range of different techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, and for the younger children, Play Therapy.
