Profile

Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples and families to make positive changes to improve their psychological wellbeing. Sarah has worked in a variety of positions across the public, private and not-for-profit sector supporting individuals across the lifespan with their mental health needs. Sarah believes in a compassionate and personalised approach to supporting individuals, couples or families with self-identified goals. Sarah’s approach as a clinician embraces systemic process, narrative techniques and attachment-based interventions.
Sarah is trained in a variety of clinical assessment and intervention approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR, Circle of Security, Relationship Counselling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma Focused – CBT as well as art therapy and play therapy techniques.
Sarah is registered as a Board-Approved Supervisor with AHPRA, having provided clinical supervision for psychologists, provisional psychologists, Clinical Psychologists (including registrars).

Clinical Interests

• Supporting children and their families with a range of childhood difficulties including but not limited to behavioural issues, social skills, anxiety, mood issues and adjustment.
• Particular interest in supporting individuals, couples or families in coping with significant life transitions including grief or loss, changes across the lifespan, parenting, and older adulthood.
• Supporting individuals and couples with mental health and adjustment during the perinatal period and beyond.
