TELEHEALTH ACCESS TO
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS & CONSULTANT PSYCHIATRISTS
THROUGH MEDICARE IN RESPONSE TO CORONOVIRUS (COVID-19).

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS TO RECEIVE SERVICES

News Update
Commencing 19 April

All current and future referred patients under a Mental Health Care Plan (Medicare Referred) will be eligilble for teleconferencing at home in alignment with our standard fees and rebate system.  This means that fees and rebates are the same whether in person or over telehealth / telephone consults.

Patients may choose from a variety of video conferencing platforms or if preferred a telephone consultation, however Cygnet Clinic has integrated Coviu platform which does not require any special downloaded software or installation (a link will be provided prior to the appointment and the video will commence in a browser window).

Please make note of whether you intent a face-to-face consult or telehealth consult in the Book Notes when booking a Psychology Session.
