Upload Referral and Request an Appointment to enable quicker response times

You can now bypass the reception waitlist by uploading and requesting an appointment through our patient self-referral portal (your GP or Psychiatrist can do this with you too).  This enables your referral information to be securely sent directly to all of our clinicians to delegate based on their availability and expertise.
