Lyn is currently Executive Director, Family and Community, MercyCare, a large WA not for profit organisaiton. She is an AHPRA endorsed Clinical Psychologist and also holds post graduate qualifications in Forensic Behavioural Sciences and Education. She has held executive management positions in the not for profit sector, including 2 ½ years as State Manager WA and SA for headspace, the National Youth Mental Health Foundation and 5 years as Executive Manager Community and Family Services at UnitingCare West. She has worked as a senior consultant and in management positions in government including Department for Child Protection and Family Services. She is also currently working with a national not for profit organisation to research and pilot an equine animal assisted therapeutic intervention for children. She has worked in correctional environments in WA, New Zealand and the United States.
