Introduction
Rose is a Registered Psychologist with experience working with culturally diverse individuals, groups, and populations across public and private mental health settings, including community services, private practice, and acute private hospitals. She has experience and interest in the areas of depression and anxiety disorders, attachment/ developmental trauma, complex trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), emotional difficulties, interpersonal conflict, grief & loss, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, personality disorders, alcohol &substance misuse & addiction, and self-worth.
Clinical Approaches
Rose adopts a collaborative, non-judgemental, and trauma-informed approach, integrating contemporary attachment theory and the neurobiology of trauma with evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). She works with clients to establish meaningful treatment goals that support lasting emotional, psychological and relational change.
