Tania is a counselling psychologist with over 19 years experience working as a psychologist in a variety of community and forensic settings, both in WA and Victoria. She currently works one day a week at Cygnet Clinic (Wednesdays). Tania is a Board Approved Supervisor with AHPRA and is able to provide supervision to registrar psychologists.
Experience
Tania has extensive experience providing assessments and interventions with adults and adolescents in forensic and clinical government roles and in Employee Assistance Program service provision. She specialises in drug and alcohol issues, emotion management, trauma, self-harm and suicide assessment and intervention, risk assessment and group and individual interventions. Tania has also held clinical supervisor and management roles with teams of clinical, counselling and forensic psychologists, and other allied health professionals. She is skilled in providing a caring and supportive counselling experience for all clients, working together to support their needs and improve their well-being.

Clinical Interests
Tania has a range of clinical interests working with anxiety, depression and stress; trauma; emotional regulation; anger management and substance misuse. Treatment modalities she utilises in counselling sessions include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy and Schema Therapy.
