Alternative Payment Methods when EFTPOS is down

Halaxy Automatic Payments for Stored Credit Cards should be last option

Online Form & Autopayments

  1. Collect credit/debit card details on first booking
  2. These should be added to Halaxy automatically to use "Auto Payment" without needing an EFTPOS
  3. If you do not have these details, send the following link to the client:  cygnetclinic.com.au/register (the Accounts Email subfolder contains pre-payment credit card details.

Only use this method if the client is unable to pay on the EFTPOS due to the EFTPOS being down (as Halaxy Online costs more with transaction fees)

Tyro BYO App on iPhone

The app will be installed on an iPhone at each clinic

Open the app Tyro BYO on the iPhone and type in the amount due.  The client can then tap their credit card or phone directly onto the iPhone instead of needed EFTPOS terminal.

Website Payment (ideal for clients off-site)

There are multiple methods of paying online, including direct deposit.  Direct the client to cygnetclinic.com.au/pay and ask them to enter the invoice number (you might need advise them of the invoice number over the phone).
